I. Product Overview

This robust 261kWh industrial and commercial energy storage cabinet product. The product adopts an integrated design, with a size of W1000*D1350*H2300mm and a weight of 2.5 tons. The product is small in size, light in weight, and can be quickly installed and deployed.  

The product is mainly composed of 5, 52-string battery packs, a liquid cooling unit, a high-voltage box, and a distribution cabinet.  


II. Product advantages

For the battery cell, we use high-safety and long-life LFP batteries with a cycle life of more than 8,000 times. 


For thermal management, we use intelligent liquid cooling control, which can effectively control the temperature of the battery cell and achieve a temperature difference 

of ≤4°C between the batteries.  


For fire protection, the concept of "Three Level prevention" is adopted. The battery pack has built-in aerosol fire protection, and the cluster level uses temperature sensing, 

smoke sensing, combustible gas detection, thermal line and other detection methods to monitor the system operation status in real time, link the aerosol fire protection in 

the cabinet, and reserve a water fire protection interface to ensure system safety.  


Electrically, we use a partition design to separate the battery compartment and the electrical compartment. The system integrates BMS, PCS, and MES. Combined with the 

cloud, it can collect various operating data such as batteries, PCS, fire protection, and temperature control in real time, and issue timely warnings based on the operating 

status to ensure safety.
