On March 26, 2025, the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the commissioning and operation of the 1# 10MW/20MWh energy storage power station project of Runao Power Supply, constructed by SolarEast (Luoyang) Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd., was grandly held in Luoyang City.
The project adopts four self-developed 5MWh liquid-cooled LFP energy storage battery containers, equipped with advanced battery management systems (BMS), intelligent liquid cooling temperature control systems and a three-level fire protection system. The system efficiency is over 92%, with a temperature control accuracy within 3℃, significantly enhancing the operational lifespan and safety.
Compared with the traditional air-cooling solution, this liquid-cooling battery compartment reduces the floor space by 30%, resulting in significant savings in land costs.
