In 2025, SolarEast BESS completed a 5 MW battery energy storage system (BESS) in Luoyang, SolarEast BESS’s 10MWh Liquid Cooling Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) has been successfully installed in Luoyang Base as part of a high-voltage solar hybrid system. This project showcases an innovative energy storage solution for industrial and commercial applications, providing a reliable and sustainable energy option for the region.
Which is used in conjunction with a large-scale solar photovoltaic power plant to provide stable, clean electricity to remote areas. The implementation of this project not only improved the utilization rate of renewable energy in the local area but also alleviated the pressure on Luoyang's power grid. In this project, SolarEast BESS adopted an advanced lithium-iron-phosphate (LiFePO4) high-voltage energy storage battery solution, which is used in conjunction with a large-scale solar photovoltaic array to achieve a “daytime power generation and storage, nighttime power discharge and supply” model.
