1、Grid Congestion:The factory’s electricity demand exceeded the available grid capacity, preventing business growth. 

2、High Energy Costs:Without a way to manage peak loads, the facility risked high demand charges and energy inefficiencies. 

3、Optimizing Renewable Energy:the company needed a system to store and utilize excess solar energy efficiently.

Solution:  

To tackle these challenges, SolarEast deployed its Air-Cooled Outdoor Cabinet ESS — boasting a total capacity of 1,075kWh (215kWh × 5 units) — to enable seamless integration with the factory’s energy infrastructure. The solution included: 

Peak Shaving & Demand Charge Reduction: Reduces reliance on the grid during peak demand periods, optimizing energy costs. 

Reliable Power Supply: The SolarEast 215kWh energy storage system becomes the primary energy source, with solar power and grid electricity as supplementary inputs. 

Smart Energy Storage: The system dynamically balances energy flow, ensuring stable operations without exceeding grid limitations.
