Technical Solution & Operational Logic
The client aimed to achieve energy independence and cost savings by leveraging solar power with a robust energy storage solution. The system's operational strategy is designed around maximizing PV utilization and providing reliable backup power:
Daytime Operation: Solar PV generates electricity for the load. Excess solar energy is stored in the BESS cabinets. If PV generation is insufficient, the BESS provides supplemental power. Should both PV and BESS fail to meet the demand, the grid (utility power) provides the final supplement.
Nighttime Operation (No PV): The stored energy from the BESS powers the load. If the BESS capacity is depleted, the grid automatically supplements the power supply.
Crucial Technical Feature: Custom Integration
In this project, the client procured their own PV modules and inverters (PCS). We provided the industrial energy storage cabinet units, focusing on seamless integration:
Our BESS cabinets are supplied without an integrated PCS, as the client used their selected Deye and Solis inverters as the Power Conversion System.
Customization: We designed and installed a dedicated mounting bracket (hanger) on the BESS cabinet to facilitate the on-site installation of the client-supplied inverters.
Key Service: Our expert team performed intensive communication protocol debugging to ensure perfect synchronization between our BESS units and the client's chosen Deye and Solis inverters, guaranteeing optimal and stable system performance.

Enhanced Safety and Longevity: By utilizing a liquid cooling energy storage system (available upon request for enhanced thermal management), we ensure the LiFePO4 battery cells maintain an optimal operating temperature. This significantly extends the battery lifespan and enhances safety, especially crucial for outdoor commercial battery storage installations in environments with fluctuating temperatures.
